Swine Flu Home Remedies

I would do the same thing as with a regular cold and flu e xcept I’d go beyond those measures of airborne,cough medicine,orange juice,vitamin c,honey & lemon water……I would also follow this article for Swine Flu Home Remedies as soon as I suspect it:
1. Take Vitamin D which improves immunity to H1N1 flu by increasing production of antimicrobial agents in the body. These antimicrobials can fight swine flu and other types of influenza. It’s no coincidence that flu season coincides with the lowest annual levels of Vitamin D. To ramp up your immune system, take 2000-5000 mg a day of Vitamin D. The best form of Vitamin D to use is D3.
2. Step 2
Take Vitamin C as it not only boosts levels of infection fighting white blood cells, but it also increases the number of interferon antibodies which work to keep the swine flu from even entering cells. Aim for 200 mg ingested over the course of day either in food or supplements.
3. Step 3
Take Vitamin E which fosters production of natural killer cells that seek out and destroy swine flu germs. It’s hard to eat enough food to reach therapeutic levels of Vitamin E, so consider a supplemental dose between 100-400 mg.
4. Step 4
Eat foods rich in Vitamin A to boost immune response, however, because high levels can be toxic, avoid supplements and eat your carrots. Be especially careful of Vitamin A intake if you are pregnant as high levels can hurt a fetus.
5. Step 5
Eat foods rich in bioflavonoids. Bioflavonoids fill up cell receptor sites so H1N1 flu germs can’t get into your cells and cause infection. Bioflavonoids are found in white and green teas, wine, dark chocolate, peppers, garlic, blueberries, and citrus fruits. For best results, combine with foods rich in vitamin C and calcium.
6. Step 6
Take a zinc supplement. Zinc doesn’t just increase immune response, it makes it fight the swine flu more aggressively. Supplement with 15 to 25 mg a day and don’t go over 75 mg as that can actually weaken your immune system.
Garlic (allicin) – Very effective antiviral. Best if fresh (raw) and crushed. Must be consumed within 1 hour of crushing. Dosage is initially 2 to 3 cloves per day but later reduce until no body odour occurs. No toxic effects noted. (Pubmed PMID 9049657)

Green Tea (possible Tamiflu/Relenza alternative)- Very effective antiviral. Also decreases the production of the cytokine (catechins) TNF-a. Inhibits neuraminidase. May have antiviral activity that is equal to other antivirals such as Tamiflu. (Pubmed PMID 16137775)
St Johns Wort (Hypericum) – Very effective antiviral. Also decreases the production of the cytokine IL-6. Hypericum is an extract from St John’s Wort. There have been some very successful field trials incommercial flocks infected with H5N1 in Vietnam. (Pubmed PMID 7857513, 11518071, 11362353, 7857513, 11518071)
Vitamin E – Immune booster. Also decreases the production of the cytokine TNF-a. (Pubmed PMID 155882360, 10929076) Experiments involved using mice. Very suitable for immune compromised people, especially the elderly. Effects enhanced when taken with Vitamin C.
Apple Juice – Antiviral. Fresh apple juice including the pulp and skin has greater antiviral activity than heated commercial apple juice. More research is needed. Effectiveness on H5N1 is unknown. (PubmedPMID 32832, 12452634)
Resveratrol – Antiviral. In addition to inhibiting neuraminidase, Resveratrol also sends a message to cells to stop manufacturing viruses. This is a proven antiviral found naturally in red wine,peanuts, mulberries, Japanese Knotwood root (richest source), raisins and red grapes. Resveratrol supplements are relatively inexpensive, are more stable than wine and is available in liquid form for absorption in the mouth. No toxic effects noted. (Pubmed PMID 1583880, 12817628, 15985724)
Scuttellaria (Skullcap) – Antiviral. A herb used as a tea. It has no side effects and is also a mild tranquilliser. Research suggests neuraminidase, which is a substance needed by the H5N1 virus toreproduce, may be inhibited.
Cranberry Juice – Early research shows that it may be an antiviral, making viruses less able to invade or multiply. Effectiveness on H5N1 is unknown. (Pubmed PMID15781126)
Cat’s Claw (Uncaria tomentosa) – Decreases the production of the cytokine TNF-a. Also boosts immune system. The number of white blood cells was significantly increased during treatment. Research shows that this may be very good for preventing a cytokine storm althoughthis is not proven. Must be taken with food or gastritis or peptic ulcers may occur. Pregnant women and feeding mothers should avoid this. The medicinal properties of curcurnin cannot be utilised when used alone due to rapid metabolism in the liver and intestinal wall. When combined with Piperine found in black pepper the absorption is increased with no adverse effects. Obtainable from health stores in tablets, liquid, capsules already combined with piperine. Dosage is 500mg to 4000mg daily.
Astragalus root (Astragali Radix) – Boosts immune system. (Pubmed PMID15588652)
Tea tree Steam Inhalation – Reduces the cytokine TNF-a. Add 2 drops of tea tree oil in a bowl of steaming water. Cover head with a towel and inhale for 5 to 10 minutes. Relieves congestion and fights infection. Its effectiveness is unknown. (Pubmed PMID 11131302)

Still Alive
Hi to all of you after a long time.I am not retiring from this forum as i still feel that some 20-30 years of blogging still left in me :-) .
i don't know how many of you still visit this blog...as there is nothing F*x before this year champions Tr***y, So i was not sure what to write in this blog ( any suggestion!! always welcome) ..I was also busy in planning my individual works.
Will tell you some interesting facts in coming days, meanwhile you take care of yourself and enjoy the eclipse day....

So the teams in top four are in actual, i never really talk about them...
Many extras (MEANS 12,13,14 MAN) just warmed up the already hot seat in the whole tournament....yet nobody bothered about them because today's match team XI was already decided when nobody knows that the golden bird will be out of top four...I called it commitment or promise to *****

No Explanation
Yes no explanation for yesterday match in this post but certainly the explanation is there...guys / gals you will be shocked, when in future I will be reveal you about all this prediction / fi**** ( i know in comment section I will have to face many hate messages, but I am ready for that). Of course there are certain thing to tell you all in future. Actually I am also not pretty sure in which manner I will convey those thing to you guys/gals.
I accept with taking full responsibility on me that after my successful outing in IP* and FO , I let many of my followers down in this current tournament. I have the explanation for yesterday match but I don't want to TAG as ******. just to tell you I tested something yesterday and I got the result.

Thanks for your comment...nice to see and understand that my blog has more sensible blogger than some of the non - sensible ( as i don't want to use any wrong word for them, i respect them too).

I think some of here think this blog comment section as municipal dust bin...10- 20% of those abusive comments are Ok ( i understand the frustration and no doubt it funny to read also :-) ) but when it goes beyond the limit and become problems for others then it doesn't look good and funny as well.
So again I request to all APZ's , All having kannan and Parhaldhan S dublicate id's , please try to keep the blog clean. i am not saying 100% but at least it won't make the other person uncomfortable.
Guys I am in my 20's so I understand how much these kind of talks are intresting but in a limit its ok..so I again request you to think twice on this...

Dear Guys/Gals,
Thanks to you all for response, love and hate comments. I accept them all.
So I will be clearer from now onwards.
Don’t believe in any media report about Vi Sh and Ma Dh…as far as I know fro the resources nothing happen between them. Absolutely nothing. Just Vi Sh was disappointed with his exit. So there is nothing such issues regarding batting order, all are rubbish reports. Anyone can make any type of these foolish stories.
Rajiv , Faster Fene, Amit, chakru, Umesh guys u r right …
Now I will accept in this post YES I WENT WRONG for AUS result and that is deliberately.
The reason of saying AUS bounce back is that lot of betting talks goes on and I don’t want it in my blog… I predicted/informed last result false so that no one speculates the matches and making illegal money…so the ones involved should better be careful for the next time. Hope abcd things get clear to you now.

Crystal Clear
Hi All,
I think this is the most awaited post with respect to my all previous posts.
As all of you who supports me, do not support me, having no concern with me. all...ALL want the explanation for yesterday result.
So here we go…
In my post “Black Band ” I write “as far as I know the two res publica in news for racism are almost there (will confirm you soon).”
Yes the two nation I mean was AUS and IND but again I also write that “I will confirm you soon ‘and that what I did in my next post “Start off ”. I write “more to tell as tourniquet progresses...”
“In Australia, people (player) undergoing a first aid course (pre stages) will be instructed to never use a tourniquet.”
So the word tourniquet used in the post “Start off” means the above statement.
And for SH WA...I don’t know how many of you watch him closely or actually… Even commentator said that…
I know it bit complex ( and you all got it wrong , I think except one) but I am not here to write directly and invite trouble for me. I hope you understand the word “trouble” here.
See I am not cheating anybody in this blog and I accept whole heartedly sometime in my blog from some statements are dubious. But I want to deliver only one message from it. May be in that part I was wrong and has to improve writing more clearly so that no one says it dubious.

Bouncing Back Day
Hi All,
As desired by some of the regular visitors in this blog I will try to increase my frequency in writing the post during this event.
yesterday was quite frustrating for me as I knew about Chr Gay Performance and his team result, but couldn't get chance to write..hope u all understand how my hand was itching to write...
AU is surely bouncing back as per the ***** and today Man to watch will be Sh Wa (if he is....& Ri Po) . In fact today is the bouncing back day...
Today's FO will be gonna be quite interesting..Ro Fe all the way to.........

Start off
Hi All,
So its all the way for Ro Fe today....
I've got mix response from your side , some of you want to know the league and some of you want Top 4...As expected it will be easy outing for our home land in group matches but not for the Tigers....might be in next coming days I will tell you some upset result as soon as they decided ( in my mind, in fate , in dream or in *****)..Actually I never discuss any type of the tournament at start //I like to discuss it in the midway ( suppose tennis) or at the end (suppose cricket) like semis..final..
your friend FIP now coming very often after RIP...actually theses type of people has their own world and they consider themselves as the king of their world..and don't aware about the outside activity of the real world..of late he is not in a very good mood .. I just want to say him that life is more than ( his ) blog...Kher I wish him luck..No hard feeling for him :-)

Black Band
Hi to All,
I think there is much confusion regarding my post. First of all I clear the few ones.
In my post "New things New start "I never mean to say anything about Ro Fe ..it was purely for Ra Na I was just appreciating Ro Fe.
In my post "Future too has the past within it "I told that Ro Fe will win easily ( I am not denying with it, even if loose I would have never say that from Outing means that he will be out..from outing I meant that particular match only..as I knew that he should win by 3-1 but match totally turns, may be if would not loose that first tie breaker than the score would have been the 3-1, the same I wanted to say that :-) ). that is is the reason I wrote down the post in between the match when it was 2-2 and confirmed u guys that I am on Ro Fe side ( at that time it could have anyone game). And Ro Fe is on the verge of creating History if he climbs this thin wall of 6'4", which is almost likely, he will, but with some scratches. Let see..
So coming to our National Game ( unofficially)...confirmation of last four will reach to me very soon.( through my ESP or through my source..how can i tell you this:-) )....as far as I know the two res publica in news for racism are almost there( will confirm you soon)...but I want to ask from you what do u want directly last four or some of the league results, as I cannot tell you the whole. do know me what exactly you want from me..

Well crossing Mediterranean Sea proves to be very tough for Ra Na but nobody could stop that as it has already written in his luck. ..when I was seeing the match I already knew ( even u also knew) the result..but having a soft corner for Ra Fa it was bad sight to see him losing...
Today outing for Ro Fe should be pretty easy...
Now moving towards our main game...you all can see all the matches with full fun ( as they are not fi**d)...but only till 4th June as after that there is no one to take guarantee of this..hehe..No need to worry I will be here to tell u something again in advance..catch u guys in between...

Next month will be next phase
I always feel good after stepping in my homeland...now after this week layoff everyone again ( 3 of my good friends ) has to go again to the country about which often said that "the sun never sets".
But i am here in my country to enjoy the holidays but 3 of them definitely the part of tour and give me the information what happens around there in next month.
But should I need any type of information from anybody or with my ESP ( as most of you say) I can tell you the result..Well time will tell us..But it almost certain that I will tell you the result in advance.
And let see and I already told you that this time our beloved player Ra Na cannot cross Mediterranean Sea to the English Channel .
Kher, my life is going on a rough phase . Every man faces low phases in life and everybody have their reasons for it and sometimes in the intermediate phase where things go out of proportionate and the outcome is never favorable for you. But be positive ( don't be HIV positive).and every thing fall on your place....

New things New start
So this is the End of this season with a lighting finish. but who the hell want to wait for another year..I am waiting for next month. And for the last quarter of this month I am enjoying with clay where also u guys see something new this time .. I mean break of some kind of tradition. Again :-) will confirm u soon..and please after I am saying this , don't start hating Raf Na, Ro Fe..they are gem of the person, totally committed to the their sports not like _________.

Short and clear
So finally the yesterday win was surprise for many but not for me & others who read my blog :-)
I will not here to tell u guys about the bore stories what happened inside the camp.because anyone ( for ex FIP ( a 28yr old guy) ) can make stories with his good imagination power.
Like I can easily say that after the match we all had a party and there was a spat in between Bhookanaan and talcum. And many of you will believe it . so no point of telling you what happened after the match..In small we had a good party of just an hour.
Other than that what I want to tell you that a player who is part of team cannot go to the team room ( with his own wish as he is feeling cold in Dug out), instead of that he has to take the permission from the team manager , can go to the dressing room and rest there (if manager allowed you ) but definitely not to some hotel room.
So anyone of you please convey this message to your FIP don't create these story again ...this makes any player laugh.

Watch us Now in the End
Thanks guys for few responses.....
haha another defeat in a nail biting finish.. I read FIP blog also and I cant stop laughing because nothing that happened after the match what he had written. In fact our great bowler Mumbai- KAR and Dada had a long discussion in hotel cafeteria after the PMM ( post match team meeting). I think they were discussing the Election Poll results in India.
In PMM Talcum boosted all and again showed his anger towards the umpire decision. Bengali Tiger say sorry to all in the meeting but everyone encouraged him. If anyone sees those moment from outside , one cannot say we are divided in groups. But yes that is for sure that we Bhartiya players are not having a great relationship with Kangaroo staff.
Okay bye for now ..its early morning here...and yes one more thing....WE ARE WINNING TODAY...how?? just watch the match.

In PMM Talcum boosted all and again showed his anger towards the umpire decision. Bengali Tiger say sorry to all in the meeting but everyone encouraged him. its time to enter
Well i think its time for me to enter....because publicity gained by the FIP already prompt me to write this.I do not have the same writing skills what FIP has but i want to clear few things here about our team..and I guarantee you guys that this FIP is not among us. ya of course he has internal information about what happening here .
I tell u some truth about the team , you can ask your FIP whether these information are correct or not. and I m sure if he is a good writer or spy agent, his answer will be 100% yes. I am using some of the name which is popular by your beloved FIP but certainly some of them will be my creation or I copied from some TV commercial. Now here we go....
On our coming match on 16th Bengali Tiger ( mort azza) will definitely play... da da and talcum powder will open.
Dada has been told that he might not be in playing 11 next year but DADA willing to complete his contract no matter he will be in XI or not.
RukRuk is totally confused and not having a very good relation with Bhooka Naan now. The core staff of 12 member will reduce to 8 next year.And from 8 only 2 will continue for the next league. other are the new faces and mostly from India
Dada is present in every team meeting but hardly say any word. Dada is a gem of person but having attitude problem. John was the right candidate for the coaching job of KKR...
Not steve ( even his name is not discussed here, pure imagination of FIP ), its John who will come here again in India for another prestigious coaching job.which can be , CAN BE a good sign for DADA too.
